Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
This policy has been prepared by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Laracalls”), in its capacity as data controller, regarding the processing of personal data obtained by automated means through the cookies used on our website. It takes into account Article 10 of KVKK (Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, and the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices (2022).
You can find out how your personal data is processed in general in our KVKK Privacy Notice.
01
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that your browser saves to your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to work, keep your visit secure, and remember your preferences. In this policy, the term “cookie” also covers technologies used for similar purposes, such as the browser’s local storage.

04
Legal grounds
Strictly necessary cookies do not require explicit consent. Under the Authority’s Cookie Guide, if a cookie’s sole purpose is to technically enable communication, or if it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested, processing conditions other than explicit consent may be relied on.
All other cookies are used only with your explicit consent. Visiting the site or continuing to browse it does not count as consent. Your consent is obtained separately for each purpose, and you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that point.
Through cookies, your personal data is collected electronically, by automated means, while you visit the site.
05
Transfer of cookie data
Data collected through cookies is transferred only to the extent necessary for the relevant cookie to perform its function: to the cookie provider (Calendly and [IF USED: NAME OF ANALYTICS TOOL]) and, upon request, to authorized public institutions and organizations.
The servers of third-party cookie providers may be located outside Turkey. These transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK: if the Personal Data Protection Board has issued an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on it; if not, it relies on one of the appropriate safeguards listed in Article 9, such as a standard contract.
06
How to manage cookies
You can set your preference for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and change it at any time, here: [IF THERE IS A COOKIE PREFERENCE PANEL: HOW TO OPEN IT — IF NOT, DELETE THIS SENTENCE]
You can also delete or block cookies from the privacy or cookies section of your browser’s settings menu. Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge all offer this setting.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop some parts of the site from working, and blocking Calendly cookies may affect your ability to book through the embedded calendar. In that case, you can also send your demo request by email to [EMAIL].
07
Your rights and how to apply
You can find your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, and how to apply, in sections 7 and 8 of the KVKK Privacy Notice. For questions about cookies: [EMAIL]
